❌ No Return / No Exchange (Customized Products)

  • All customized & made-to-order products are non-returnable & non-exchangeable
  • This includes products with names, photos, colors, or custom designs

🔁 Eligible for Replacement (If Applicable)

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

✔ Product received is damaged or broken
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Missing items in the order

📸 Proof Required

  • You must share unboxing video + clear photos within 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

🚚 Replacement Process

  • Once approved, we will initiate a replacement within 3–5 working days
  • Replacement delivery may take 5–7 days

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • Replacement is not possible
    • Order is cancelled by our side
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store credit (if agreed)

⚠️ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed

  • Minor variations in color/design are natural in handmade products and not considered defects
  • We ensure quality check before dispatch
