Refund and Returns Policy
At Radiance Elegance, each product is handcrafted and customized with care. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
❌ No Return / No Exchange (Customized Products)
- All customized & made-to-order products are non-returnable & non-exchangeable
- This includes products with names, photos, colors, or custom designs
🔁 Eligible for Replacement (If Applicable)
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
✔ Product received is damaged or broken
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Missing items in the order
📸 Proof Required
- You must share unboxing video + clear photos within 24 hours of delivery
- Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
🚚 Replacement Process
- Once approved, we will initiate a replacement within 3–5 working days
- Replacement delivery may take 5–7 days
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- Replacement is not possible
- Order is cancelled by our side
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credit (if agreed)
⚠️ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed
📦 Important Notes
- Minor variations in color/design are natural in handmade products and not considered defects
- We ensure quality check before dispatch
